1. He was the 1st and second President of America.

2. He was called the father of America.

3. He fought in a war for freedom and America.

4. George Washington died when he was 67 years old. 

 

Statue of Liberty

1. It was a gift from France.

2. It was painted after a woman.

3. First he made it big, then he made it bigger, and bigger, and bigger that it could not even fit in his workshop! 

American   Flag 

1. The American Flag has 13 stripes and 50 stars.

2. The color red stands for courage.

3. The color white stands for goodness.

4. The color blue stands for justice.

5. The American Flag stands for freedom and America.

8. The 50 stars stand for the 50 states.

9.  The 13 stripes stand for the 13 colonies.

10. You can see it at the White House.

11. You say the pledge of allegiance to it.

1. The bald eagle stands for being strong.

2. Itis a national symbol of amerca.

1. It rang on  George  Washington's birthday.

2. It had two cracks.

3. The liberty bell has 70 percent of copper.
